About the role
Primary Water Solutions are experts in water hygiene risk management, including assessments, consultancy, and control. We work for a variety of public and private sector clients covering all aspects of Water Treatment, hygiene, and monitoring.
As Water Hygiene Technician, you will have previously worked in a trainee position or have experience as a water hygiene technician. You will have a sound knowledge of water systems and have ideally worked in a customer facing role previously. You will have a friendly flexible approach to your job and be confident in working as part of a team as well as independently.
The role will be responsible for conducting the following technical tasks, which list is not limited, your line manager may occasionally request that you work in another role which is reasonably within your capabilities and for which you have been trained.

Tasks
- Temperature Monitoring, Sampling & Inspection of Hot and Cold-Water Systems
- Cleaning and Disinfection of Hot and Cold-Water Systems
- Servicing and Testing of Thermostatic Mixing Valves
- Clean and descale of shower heads
- CWST inspections
